By signing up for service and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive service-related SMS messages from Mitzis Scoop Crew.
Messages may include:
Appointment confirmations
Schedule updates or route changes
Billing and invoice notifications
Service reminders
Customer service responses
We do not send third-party marketing messages.
🔔 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service plan and communication needs.

1–4 messages per month for recurring service

Failure to maintain valid payment may result in suspension of service.

Customers must:
Provide safe yard access
Ensure gates are unlocked
Secure pets during service
If access is unavailable:
We will first attempt to reschedule service.
If rescheduling is not possible, the service may be skipped and a credit issued.
Credits are issued in accordance with this policy.
